That’s why we built our model the way we did. Homeowners don’t pay more, contractors work with clients who are a good fit, and everyone saves time and unnecessary stress.
I also want to be very clear about pricing. When we connect you with a renovation team, your project cost does not increase because of us.
We’re compensated by our partner teams for connecting them with the right clients, not by marking up your project or adding fees. This allows homeowners to avoid endless searching and vetting, while contractors can focus on delivering great work.
